I hate it how music like rap and “hip hop” is becoming the music face of America. People should be listening to real music like rock! O.A.R., 311, Rev Theory, all music which is actually music. Slipknot, Seether, Metallica- loud, headbanging music. I mean seriously, hip hop sound like it could be music that helps people get into the season of Easter. Rap is two men talking smack about each other. Rock has been around ever since that stone ages when cavemen would bang sticks against rocks to make a cool sound. With pop, rap, hip hop, etc. everyones voices go through like a billion different things to make them sound good. With rock, as long as you know how to scream, strum or bang, you’ve got potential. Bands like MSI, Seether, Pearl Jam and others have revolutionized America to make it the hardcore place it is. Now that Eminem, 50 Cent…you see, this stuff sucks so much it took me 5 minutes just to figure out two. That is what is making and influencing gangs. If you want some prissy little music, move it to antarctica. You know what, no. Move it a disclosed island in the middle of the ocean! Without that we dont have to worry about all those gay shows about their lives like the old favorite, Newlyweds with Jessica Simpson and that Nick guy. I say, music that you’d hear in a 25 year old female’s car should be out of the USA! Rock music forever!
